All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business day after payment made. Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery depends on your location & shipping provider employed.
Our office hour is from Monday to Friday (8a.m – 6 p.m), excluding public holidays.
Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, parcel tracking codes would be available to track at this website: GDEX e-Tracking (TO BE UPDATE)
Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.
At GRAND HAIR BEAUTY website @ e-Store (https://www.grandhairbeauty.com), we want our customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We are regretted that return or refunds cannot be accommodated unless it is damaged or has extensive defects discovered upon the receiving of the items. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery order is signed for. Items lost/ damaged in transportation will not be compensated.
However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which no refund nor return will be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to reseller of our products.
Product images shown are for illustrative purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement. Colour variance, minor stitching issue and etc are not considered as wrong or defective items.
Effort must be made to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the items and to specify if you would want a replacement or a money refund.
You have to include the following details in the email: Order number, product number, photo of damaged item (as proof of damage) and the reason for refunds/exchanges (so that we can improve!) and notify us via our e-Admin at Whatsapp @ +6010-4088993
Once we have received your request for return of defect items, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.
All returned items must be shipped in its ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION, UNUSED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED and send to:

You will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us and also the re-delivery charges for new exchange item. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.
Refund for returned items will be made within 21 days of the return of the product.
